Very much enjoyed yesterday’s local KAD meetup where we participated in a kimchi making demonstration. A really fun time with us all walking away with jars and various containers of freshly made vegan kimchi. Today I’m opening up the kimchi jars to let them “burp”. Fermentation is awesome.
