I didn’t expect to like it as much as I did. Highly entertaining with some sharp wit throughout the dialog and visuals.

I’ve held off on reading the eulogy for P-22 in an attempt to lessen the impact but, alas… no. I feel like I’ve lost a close pet.

Not sure what to expect (going in) but this episode sold me. Great cast, funny lines, style, and music. Loved Wendesday’s quip in the coffeeshop, “But drip is for people who hate themselves and know their lives have no real purpose or meaning.”

Completed our rewatch of the series and was pleasantly surprised at how much we still laughed. Many moments still sweet and poingant, and many storylines still relevant.

Definitely left me with things to think about, and the characters were overall more likable than the ones in the first season, but I wish they did more with the characters themselves.

Watched: Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery (2022). πŸŽ₯

Overall a fun ride but not as funny nor character developed/driven as the first. I wish they had better-utilized the entire cast.

So funny and love her energy!

Feels really good to say that I’m “clocked out for the rest of the year”, even if it only means a little over a week.

Oh the things I could destroy with $44B…

Ok ok, I’m in the spirit thanks to this. I now need the full-length Halloween-Christmas musical that this video seems to be based on. πŸŽƒπŸŽ…πŸΌ

Ah, no meeting Friday means spending the morning at a coffee shop and spending time on the things that I want to spend time on.

a latte, a breakfast burrito, and a partial view of a laptop.

Watched Acapulco, s2 πŸ“Ί

This show is sweet, funny, and has a lot of heart. Hope more people catch on and take the time to watch.

I love getting rid of (donating, selling, throwing away) stuff. I love it so much.

Watched Spirited (2022) πŸŽ₯

Wasn’t expecting anything specific but could tell that the cast and crew had fun, and it showed through in this movie.

Cold, rainy, windy (gusty?) so… parked myself in front of the computer for a few Northgard sessions.

Today’s earworm Nina Hagen: β€œOpen My Heart (Dinner Time)” 🎡

Shocking, and so very sad. He has done so much for the sport. And I always appreciated his work. ⚽️

A wild grogginess appears!

It’s super effective!

Listening to Song Exploder: Son Lux (Feat. Mitski & David Byrne) and reminiscing how really great the movie was, in no small part due to the soundtrack.

Insightful, with a lot of great technical and philosophical ideas in here. Enough to get me thinking and shifting perspectives on my own views for blogging, sharing, and ultimately what i want the web to be.

Oh, this digital art comic collab between Matt Huynh and The Verge was fantastic!

Morning derailed already by spending more time (than I prefer to admit) looking at different notebook and 2023 notebook planners online.

The storm passed and left a painting…

a large wave of clouds covers 3/4 of the frame, highlighed red and dark purple by trhe sunet occuring on the right. The lower right corner shows a patch of clear blue sky.
