I've been thinking about this Fast Company article, "How to Keep Working Productively While You're Under Extreme Stress" for a while now. The two main points that stick with me?
I'm realizing that I'm trying to do too much, to soon, and too "perfect" which is extremely unsustainable. I'm building a department, quality and service standards, and setting up deliverables while I'm still just a one-person team. This is almost not to mention that I'm doing this on a global scale.
